Android is all about customization, but many devices still come with fixed icon sizes. If they can be resized, the option is usually hidden in some unknown place within your settings. Perhaps you want them bigger so you can see them better, or maybe you would prefer making them smaller to better fit the screen.

Change icon size on Android – Stock Android launcher
Those who like the stock Android experience will be happy to know the Google Now Launcher does have a feature to increase icon sizes. This will work on any Pixel phone, as well as plenty of other third-party handsets that have Google’s official UI baked in.
Simply head over to your settings, select ‘Display’, hit ‘Advanced’, and tap on ‘Display size.’ From here you can make icons larger or smaller than they usually are. The only issue with this option is that it not only resizes icons, but also everything else in the phone, including text and other screen elements.
Those who aren’t satisfied with this solution have other options.
Change icon size on Android – Third party launchers

Plenty of third-party launchers make it possible to change icon sizes, as well as grid layouts and more. Here are a few launchers we recommend for those who want more control over their icons (and UI, overall).
Change icon size on Android – Samsung phones with TouchWiz
If you own a Samsung Android smartphone, it comes with its own TouchWiz UI. Among other things, this allows those phones to change their icon sizes without the use of a third-party launcher. If you want to make that change on your Samsung phone, just touch and hold an empty space on the home screen, and then tap on the home screen settings icon. You should see two selections Home Screen Grid and Apps Screen Grid.
Tapping on either one of those choices should bring up a number of choices to change the ratio of apps on your phone’s home and apps screen, which will also change the sizes of those apps. Depending on which phone you own, the home screen grid choices could be 4×4, 4×5, 5×5 and 5×6, while the app screen grid ratio is more limitd to 4×6 and 5×6.
